Custom garage doors are crated at the factory and shipped by freight to your home or job site nationwide. Crating is included, freight is quoted for your exact shipment, and delivery is curbside.

Every door is built to order and shipped by freight truck from our production facility in Utah to your home, business or job site anywhere in the United States.
Crating is included
Doors are crated at the factory to protect the sections and finish in transit. Crating is built into the door price, so there are no separate packaging or handling fees on your quote.
How freight is priced
Freight is quoted for your exact shipment: the number of doors, crate size, pickup location and delivery address. It appears as its own line on your written quote. Because freight rates move with fuel prices, freight quotes are held for 30 days; after that we re-quote the shipment.

Curbside delivery: plan to unload
Delivery is curbside. The driver is not required to unload the truck, so have your installer's crew or equipment such as a forklift or telehandler ready. Composite carriage house doors are heavy, and larger double-layer doors can approach 1,200 lb. Confirm truck access, gate or parking limits and a dry, flat place to stage the crates before delivery day.
Lead time
Doors are made to order after your quote, drawings and color sample are approved. Current production lead times are about 8 weeks for Cornerbrook and Shoreline and about 12 weeks for Bridgewater, plus freight transit. Other series are scheduled on your quote. Lead times change during the year, so your quote states the current schedule.
Free color samples
Small physical color samples ship free to your home or job site. We require sample approval before a custom door is ordered, because screens and lighting change how color and woodgrain look.
Inspect before you sign
Count every crate, photograph each side, and note any holes, crushed corners, broken bands, exposed finish or missing pieces on the delivery receipt before you sign. Then contact us the same day with the photos so we can open a freight claim.
Installation
Doors ship ready for a professional installer. Installation, removal of the old door and opener or electrical work are not included. Heavy overlay doors use heavy-duty torsion springs, so hire an experienced garage door installation company.
