All three series are insulated steel carriage house garage doors with a composite overlay, R-18 calculated section value, the same finish collections and the same warranty. The differences are how the composite is layered, how deep the door looks, how much it weighs and how long it takes to build.

Cornerbrook: partial overlay

Smooth composite trim forms the design over an embossed woodgrain steel panel, so you see two textures. The contrast is subtle on light colors and more visible on dark ones. Cornerbrook has 2 1/2-inch sections, 2-inch track and doors up to 20 ft 2 in wide and 14 ft high.

Shoreline: full overlay

A single composite layer covers the whole door face, so the design can run across the entire surface with no steel texture showing. It is the most popular of the three and costs about the same as Cornerbrook, but it is heavier, which affects spring sizing and installation.

Bridgewater: double layer

A composite underlayment carries its own slats or detail, and the design layer sits on top. The result is the most dimensional door of the three. Sections are 3 inches thick with 3-inch track and rollers. Larger doors can approach 1,200 lb and use heavy-duty duplex springs, and the series quotes several thousand dollars more on a typical two-door project.

Price, lead time and delivery

Within each series every standard design is the same price. Size, finish collection and windows change the quote: solid colors are included, clear and knotty grain are an upgrade, and oak grain and weathered finishes are premium. Cornerbrook and Shoreline currently take about 8 weeks and Bridgewater about 12 weeks, plus freight transit. Doors ship crated, with freight quoted to your address and curbside delivery.

Can I see the colors before I order?

Yes. Small physical color samples are free and ship to your home or job site. Screens and lighting change how woodgrain and color look, so we require sample approval before a custom door is ordered.

What warranty comes with this door?

The steel carriage-house limited warranty covers door sections against splitting, cracking or rust-through for as long as the original purchaser owns the home, delamination of the foam and facial molding for ten years, finish peeling or loss of adhesion for ten years in residential single-family installations, and all other components for one year. It is not transferable and excludes customer-applied finishes, surface rust, chips, scratches, salt-water exposure, misuse and lack of maintenance.
